- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix margarine and beaten eggs.

2Add sugar and vanilla.

3Beat in flour and baking powder.

4Drop by teaspoon onto hot pizzelle iron.

5Squeeze handles together to flatten batter and cook for 15 to 20 seconds.

6Lift off with a fork.

7Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
