- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. carrots, grated
Directions

1Beat together sugar and oil.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

3Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.

4Add carrots and mix well.

5Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Frost when cool with the following icing.
