- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 pkg. yeast
- flour (as needed)
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine margarine and milk on low heat to a warm temperature.

2Add sugar and salt; pour in mixing bowl.

3Add yeast and stir until dissolved.

4Gradually add enough flour that dough can be handled to knead on board.

5Return to mixing bowl and cover; let rise until double in size.

6Turn out on board and cut into dinner size rolls (pocket book roll).

7Place on baking sheets and let rise until double in size.

8Bake at 350° until done. Brush with melted margarine.
