- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 (15 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans (red)
- 2 Tbsp. masa flour
- 1 Tbsp. onions (dry or finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. red paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano, ground
- 3 oz. chili pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) water
Directions

1Brown ground beef in a

2large skillet or saucepan.

3Drain off excess fat.

4Add tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, kidney beans and water.

5Stir in all ingredients except masa flour.

6Cook on low heat approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Add masa flour for thickening, then continue to cook another 30 minutes.
