- 2 large ripe plantains
- 1 small onion
- 3 Hot chillis
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 finger of ginger
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 salt
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients with the exception of the flour in a blender

2Blend until completely smooth

3Add the flour slowly and stir till smooth.

4Add extra flour if needed to achieve a thick consistency.

5Spread a thin layer of olive oil in a large frying pan.

6Fry the mixture as you would a pancake
