  • 2 large ripe plantains
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 Hot chillis
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 finger of ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 salt

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients with the exception of the flour in a blender

    Blend until completely smooth

    Add the flour slowly and stir till smooth.

    Add extra flour if needed to achieve a thick consistency.

    Spread a thin layer of olive oil in a large frying pan.

    Fry the mixture as you would a pancake
