Directions

   Stir together dry ingredients in saucepan.

   Add water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is the consistency of moist mashed potatoes.

   Turn out on a plate and cover with a damp cloth until cool enough to handle.

   Roll to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut shapes with cookie cutters.

   Press hole near top of each ornament to dry on flat surface and harden overnight.

   Paint, decorate and protect with a shiny glaze.
