Directions

   Mix salt, flour and cream of tartar in large pan.

   Add water, oil and coloring.

   Stir until well blended.

   Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture gets rubbery.

   Turn dough onto flat surface and knead.

   Keep in airtight containers.
