White Chocolate & Hazelnut Ball

  • 250 g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100 g white chocolate, melted
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
  • Ginger biscuits, to serve
  • Chocolate chip bread, to serve

Directions

    COMBINE PHILLY, chocolate and sugar in a small bowl.

    Chill for 1 hour or until firm.

    FORM into 2 balls and coat in hazelnuts.

    Chill until firm.

    Place onto 2 serving plates and serve with ginger biscuits and chocolate chip bread.

    HANDY TIP: This recipe is great for guests to share with coffee in place of dessert.
