Play Dough

Directions

   Mix in saucepan the flour, salt and cream of tartar.

   Add the oil, water and food coloring (optional).

   Cook over medium heat for about three minutes or until mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.

   Remove from heat and place the dough on a piece of waxed paper.

   Knead slightly.

   Store in an airtight container. This dough will keep for several weeks.
