Play Dough

Directions

   Stir together in pan flour, salt and cream of tartar.

   Add oil and water.

   Add food coloring.

   Cook over medium heat until dough follows spoon.

   Remove from heat.

   Knead well until elastic.

   Keep in plastic bag or covered bowl in refrigerator.
