Directions

   Combine water, cooking oil and food coloring in saucepan.

   Add flour, salt and cream of tartar.

   Cook on medium heat until dough is right consistency for use (3 to 5 minutes).

   Store in plastic bag or plastic bowl.

   Needs no refrigeration.
