Ingredients

  • 4 each eggs
  • 1 medium Tomatoe cut in thin round slices
  • 1 medium Onion cut in thin round slices
  • 1 each Green chilly finely chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 5 Coriander leaves
  • 3 pinch Red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

    Oil the non stick pan and lay the tomatoe slices in it.

    Then lay the onion slices and cover the pan with the lid.

    Once the tomatoes n onions start looking a little soft then sprinkle a little salt on it.

    Break 4 eggs and add to the pan, puncture the egg yolk so that it spreads.

    Sprinkle the coriander leaves, garlic, green chilly, red chilly powder and some salt over it.

    Kindly do the sprinkling work soon after breaking the eggs so it can set in.

    Cover the pan with a lid and leave it on low flame for 5 minutes.

    It's ready to eat.
