- 1 cup FLOUR
- 1/2 cup SUGAR
- 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
- pinch of SALT
- 1/2 cup room temperature BUTTER
- 1 Egg (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp of MILK
- 1 tsp VANILLA
- 4-5 tsp SUGAR
- PLUMS halved (as many as you want)
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in LARGE bowl.

2Add butter in pieces. Mix with a fork (looks like pastery dough).

3In seperate bowl, blend egg, milk and vanilla.

4Add wet to dry ingredients.

5Press into a 9x10 pan, place your plums (or other fruit), sprinkle with sugar and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
