- 1 pound Ground Turkey ( Or Chicken)
- 1/2 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Directions

1Brown chicken/turkey in large skillet with onions and garlic until cooked through.

2Drain well.

3In the same skillet, saute mushrooms until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

4Add ground meat mixture, Worcestershire and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil.

5Reduce to simmer and cook about 5 minutes longer.

6Remove from heat.

7Stir in yogurt and allow to thicken.

8Serve over egg noodles or rice.
