- 1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 8 md. plums, halved
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar, and cut in butter with a pastry blender.

2Add one egg, and stir with a fork until blended.

3Pat into a 9-inch quiche pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

4Place halved plums on top.

5Beat together two eggs, sour cream and sugar.

6Pour filling over plums.

7Bake at 350F for 1-1/4 hours, then brown at 375F for 10 minutes.
