- 8 oz. dry cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 12 sugar cubes
Directions

1Pit prune plums.

2Place 1 sugar cube inside pitted plum.

3Set aside.

4Mix flour, dry cottage cheese, butter and salt, beating until smooth.

5Chill dough.

6Divide dough into 12 portions.

7Wrap dough around plum, sealing!

8Cook in boiling water (salted) 10 minutes with cover.
