- 7 fresh plums (1 lb.), sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup MINUTE Tapioca
- 1 pkg. (15 oz.) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Toss plums with sugar and tapioca in large bowl.

3Let stand 15 min.

4Line 9-inch pie plate with 1 crust as directed on package for 2-crust pie; fill with fruit mixture.

5Dot with butter.

6Cover with remaining crust; seal and flute edge.

7Cut several slits in top crust to permit steam to escape.

8Bake 45 to 50 min.

9or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly.
