- 4 eggs
- 4 slices toast
- butter or magarine
- 1 1/2 c. milk (approximately)
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Heat milk slowly in a large skillet.

2Add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon butter.

3Add eggs when milk is steaming (don't break yolks).

4Spoon milk over eggs.

5About now, put toast in toaster. Turn eggs, if necessary.

6Stir milk, it will start to look like gravy.

7Butter toast in plate.

8Place 1 egg on each piece of toast.

9Spoon gravy over top.

10Add salt and pepper to taste!
