- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1/2 c. white wine
Directions

1In a large skillet, over high heat, melt butter and coat the pan.

2Place the salmon, flesh side down and sear (about 2 minutes).

3Turn salmon and reduce to medium heat.

4Add wine, cover and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.

5The salmon will still be very pink inside.

6Serve with a little of the liquid drizzled over the fish.
