  • 1 c. dry white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. or 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 to 8 peppercorns (green)
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 peeled carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 4 medium salmon fillets

Directions

    Simmer all of the ingredients for 5 minutes.

    Place salmon fillets in the liquid, cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
