- 2 cups white wine
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 None carrots, peeled, chopped
- 1 None onion, sliced
- 1 None bay leaf
- 6 sprigs fresh parsley
- 6 None peppercorns
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 (5.25 oz) salmon fillets
Directions

1In a large stock pot, combine all ingredients (except salmon) along with 2 cups water. Cover and bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat to low, add salmon and simmer for 5 mins.

3Remove pan from heat. Leave salmon in liquid for 10 mins to finish cooking. Remove salmon from liquid and serve.
