  • 6 pieces Poblano chilis
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1/4 cup onion white
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup crema

Directions

    Saute onion for 2 minutes, saute garlic 30 sections, add flour, whisk for 1 minute.

    Add milk and bring to a boil, reduce heat and whisk for 5 minutes.

    remove from heat, let cool.

    Add salt and pepper

    roast poblano chilis in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Place in glass bowl and cover in plastic, for 10 minutes.

    Peel the poblano chilis, stem and seed. Add to blender with flour mixture. Add crema at the same time.
