  • 2 6 Oz Steak
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • pinch Kosher salt
  • dash ground pepper
  • 2 large poblano peppers
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • clove garlic

Directions

    Dice poblano peppers and set aside.

    Cut butter into small slices.

    Dice green onions about 1/8 cup.

    Season steaks with kosher salt and pepper.

    Add steaks to hot pan with olive oil along with peppers, green onions, and crushed garlic.

    Add mushrooms after steaks are seared on both sides.

    Add butter to pan and baste for 1 minute.

    Cook until medium well or your preference
