- 1 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. white flour
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt, flours and oil.

2Mix 5 minutes.

3Let rise.

4Punch down; divide into 12 sections.

5Roll each out.

6Let rise 20 minutes. Place on wire mesh in oven and bake at 475° for 5 minutes.
