Ingredients

  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. sweetener
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. white flour

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt, flours and oil.

    Mix 5 minutes.

    Let rise.

    Punch down; divide into 12 sections.

    Roll each out.

    Let rise 20 minutes. Place on wire mesh in oven and bake at 475° for 5 minutes.
