- 2 onions chopped
- 1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 large cans Pork and Beans
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 can pimento chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups barbeque sauce
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; remove from drippings and set aside.

2Saute all the vegies in the bacon drippings until tender

3Add bean, tomaotes, pimento and seasonings, BB Sauce and crumbled bacon.

4Cook in a slow cooker for 5-8 hours.
