Ingredients

  • stick pepperoni
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 to 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans green chili peppers
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 to 2 cans sliced mushrooms
  • 2 to 3 loaves bread dough, thawed

Directions

    Cut pepperoni into small pieces.

    Cook with ground beef and sausage in a large skillet.

    Drain off all grease.

    Add green chili peppers, cheese, onions and mushrooms.

    Cook until cheese is melted and onions are tender.

    When the dough has thawed, roll out the length of a long cookie sheet.

    Spoon filling down the middle and close dough by wrapping.

    Cook at 350° until light brown. Cook immediately after filling the loaf with mixture.

    Do not let bread rise.
