  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 teas salt
  • 1 1/2 cups stone-ground cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp buttter

    Bring water and milk to a boil. Stir in cornmeal. cook whisking to avoid lumps Add butter and cook until polenta thickens. Cover with sauce gravy or whatever
