- 5 tilapia fillets
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon all purpose Greek seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- salt
- pepper
- 4 grape tomatoes
Directions

1heat olive oil in medium to large pan (around medium heat, depending on gas/electric).

2combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, greek seasoning, salt, pepper into shallow dish.

3mix milk and egg in another shallow dish.

4put fish in milk and egg mix; then dip in breadcrumbs.

5cook roughly 3-4 mins on each side.

6towards the end of the fish being done; quarter grape tomatoes; sprinkle a bit more of the Greek seasoning if necessary.
