- 1 c. cream of wheat or yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 to 2 lemons, juice and rind
Directions

1Mix ingredients in saucepan.

2Bring to boil.

3Spread mixture in a square baking pan.

4Cut into 2 x 2-inch squares when cool. Dip in beaten egg and milk.

5Coat with fine bread crumbs.

6Fry in vegetable oil until light brown.

7Can also be used warm and served with spaghetti sauce.
