- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cups Corn Flour (cornmeal Or Masa)
- 1/2 cups Instant Polenta Meal
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Water, Plus 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.

3Place the dough on a work surface and roll it out until its about half of a centimeter thick.

4Then cut it into small circles.

5I like to use the cap of the olive oil bottle, but a round cookie cutter about an inch or an inch and half in diameter will be fine too.

6Just keep reworking the scraps of dough until you have used as much as you can and cut out as many crackers as you can.

7Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 5 minutes.

8Then turn off the oven and let the crackers sit inside just for a few minutes to get them crisp.

9Transfer the crackers to a cooling rack to cool them completely.
