Cheese Straws

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 stick butter
• 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/4 c. butter, softened
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 3/4 c. sifted flour
• 2 1/2 doz. medium olives
