- 1 qt vegetable oil
- 1 tube (18 oz) refrigerated prepared plain polenta, like San Genaro
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/3 cup prepared chunky tomato salsa
Directions

1Heat oil in a deep saucepan. Slice polenta into 1/2 inch x 3 inch sticks. Coat with flour. Fry polenta in batches of 5-8 mins or until golden brown. Immediately toss with cheese and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, stir together sour cream and salsa. Serve.
