- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 can tomatoes
- flour
- water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry the bacon until crisp. Remove bacon into a stewing pot. Saute the cabbage in the bacon grease and add to stew pot.

2Add the tomatoes to this and boil to finish cooking the cabbage. Thicken the mixture with flour that has been dissolved in water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
