- 7 to 9 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, sliced thin
- 1 c. grated mild Cheddar
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- flour
Directions

1In bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish, place a layer of potatoes.

2Sprinkle lightly with flour, salt and pepper.

3Place a layer of sausage and sprinkle with cheese.

4Continue layering until pan is full (usually 3 layers).

5Pour milk into dish.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes until potatoes are done.

7Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
