Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. finely crushed zwieback crumbs (dry toast; if you get the toast with cinnamon, omit the 1 teaspoon cinnamon); 1 1/2 c. sugar; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1/2 c. melted butter; 4 eggs; 1/8 tsp. salt; 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind; 1 c. whipping cream; 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese; 4 Tbsp. flour; 1/4 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. melted butter

1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind

Mix crumbs with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping.

Press remainder into a 9-inch spring-form pan or a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, lining bottom and sides.
