Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. sauerkraut (16 oz.)
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients and form into very small balls.

    Place in oblong pan.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in preheated 350° oven.

    Cover them for the first hour of baking.
