  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 loaf party rye bread

Directions

    Brown meats in separate skillets; drain well.

    Combine meats, cheese and seasonings.

    Remove from heat; stir until cheese melts. Spread on rye slices.

    Freeze on cookie sheets and place in plastic bags.

    When ready to serve, bake at 350° for 17 minutes. May garnish with sliced olives or mushrooms.
