- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Knead; let rest for 1/2 hour. Roll dough out and cut into squares.

3Fill and fold diagonally; seal ends tightly.

4Cook in boiling water in a medium or large pot, only 7 to 8 at a time, until they come to the top.

5Cook for a few minutes, then drain.
