- 125 ml hot water
- 100 grams cottage cheese/quark
- 200 grams pre-boiled potatoes
- 50 grams onion
Directions

1Sift flour,add 1 egg, hot water and mix to a dough

2Mix all filling ingredients

3Using rolling pin,roll the dough,using round cutter,cut circles

4Fill the dough circles with the cheese filling,and close half creating little crescents

5Cook in salted water for 3 min

6Serve with fried pancetta and onion or melted butter and enjoy!
