- 1 pound polish kielbasa sausage cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pound beef cubed
- 2 each onions sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 pound sauerkraut canned
- 1 cup white wine
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce, tamari
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon vegetable seasoning
Directions

1Saute sausage 15 minutes, remove to casserole.

2Add oil to sausage drippings, brown beef in oil, 15 minutes.

3Remove to casserole.

4Saute onion, add to casserole.

5Saute mushrooms with sauerkraut and wine.

6Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, caraway seeds and vegetable seasoning.

7Add this to casserole also, mixing well.

8Cover and bake at 375F (190C) for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

9Stir casserole every 30 minutes.
