I store a bunch in a really large plastic container with the following directions, depending on how much rice I'm making:","2":"1 cup rice","3":"1.5 cups water","4":"1 T. vegetable oil","5":"1\/2 T salt","7":"1.5 cups rice","8":"2 1\/4 cups water","9":"1 1\/2 T. vegetable oil","10":"3\/4 T. salt","12":"2 cups rice","13":"3 cups water","14":"2 T. vegetable oil","15":"1 T. salt","17":"To prepare, just rinse the desired amount of rice using a sieve. Put the rinsed rice in a pan with the appropriate amount of water, oil and salt. Cook over high heat\/boil without lid for about 5-7 minutes, stirring a couple of times. Turn the heat way down to simmer and add lid. Simmer 5 -7 minutes with the lid on. Off the heat and stir. Enjoy!"}
