  • 2 lb. cooked beef roast, cooled and ground
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 2 c. oil (for cooking)

Directions
