- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 2 c. oil (for cooking)
Directions
