- 2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 c. bottled Russian dressing
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. onion rings
- Chinese noodles or hot, cooked rice
Directions

1Cook pork in margarine until brown; drain.

2Drain juice from pineapple and reserve.

3Combine juice with Russian dressing, soy sauce, vinegar and salt.

4Mix cornstarch with water and add to juice mix.

5Pour over meat.

6Cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened.

7Cover.

8Simmer for 1 hour.

9Add green pepper, onion and pineapple.

10Simmer 15 minutes.

11Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6 generously.
