- 2/3 cups Snap Peas, Diced
- 2/3 cups Mango, Peeled, Diced
- 2/3 cups Cucumber, Diced
- 8 ounces, weight Cooked And Diced Boneless, Skinless Chicken
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/4 cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1/4 cups Diced Pineapple
- 1/4 cups Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
