- 2 green peppers, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1 envelope gravy mix for turkey
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- cooked rice
Directions

1Cook green pepper in butter until tender.

2Drain juice from pineapple; add water to make one cup.

3Stir contents of envelope of gravy mix into skillet.

4Add pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar, turkey and pimento.

5Heat to boiling.

6Serve on cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
