  • Pomegranate Syrup
  • 4 cups 100% pomegranate juice
  • Pom Fizz
  • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate Syrup
  • 4 ounces Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
  • 4 fresh pomegranate arils/seeds

Directions

    Add the juice to a large saucepan and set it over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reduces to a syrup, about 2 hours. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.

    Add the Pomegranate Syrup to a champagne flute or coupe, then pour in the sparkling wine and float in a few pomegranate arils.
