  • 2-3 pomegranates
  • 1/3 cup blanched almonds
  • Bunch herbs: parsley, dill, 2 mint leaves, a pinch of coriander

Directions

    Cut the pomegranate into quarters and remove the seeds. Put in a bowl. Add herbs.

    Mix and leave in fridge for an hour or two before eating in order to extract all flavors.
