- 14 saltine crackers, crumbled
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 16 saltines, crumbled
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place tomatoes in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Mix 14 saltines, Italian seasonings and pepper.

3Melt oleo with onion, salt and 16 crackers.

4Spread buttered cracker mixture over tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
