- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 Tbsp. cream of wheat
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix oil, flour and salt together.

2Add water as needed to form a stiff dough.

3Roll out in circles 3 inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick.

4Deep fry in piping hot vegetable oil, turning once. The bread will puff up.

5Fry one at a time.
