  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Emeril's Original Essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
  • 3 whole Eggs, Divided
  • 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Oregano
  • 1/4 cups Oil
  • 1/2 cups Flour, Seasoned With Salt, Pepper, And Your Preferred Spices (enough To Dredge Meat Patties)
  • 2 Tablespoons Canned Mushroom Pieces
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz.) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cups Milk, Plus Extra For Beaten Egg Used To Bread Patties

    Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, essence, salt, seasoned salt, 2 eggs, and oregano in a bowl.

    Press flat into a greased 8x10 pan or glass dish.

    Cut into six seperate pieces.

    Place in the freezer for half hour.

    Heat 1/4 cup of oil in skillet.

    Now we want to bread the patties, so mix the remaining egg and a bit of milk together and dip the patties into the mixture and then into some seasoned flour.

    Place the breaded patties into the skillet until both sides have a golden brown look, about two minutes on each side.

    Dont worry if they arent done in the middle, we arent done cooking them!

    Mix the mushrooms, mushroom soup, and half a cup of milk together.

    Place patties into a baking dish and pour soup mixture over them.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and voila!
